Today, July 4, 2026 — Independence Day — ChicagoImmigrationLawyer.net officially launches: a free, verified attorney directory paired with the Chicago Immigration Hub, a data resource covering court backlogs, USCIS processing times, enforcement activity, and know-your-rights guidance for the Chicago area.
The site takes no position on immigration policy. Its mission is simple: help people — immigrants, citizens, and the attorneys who represent them — find accurate information and the right legal help at the right moment.
Founder Kyle Eggleston's first job in Chicago was in immigration offices, and he later worked for immigration attorneys with clients from Pakistan, India, Canada, Mexico, and countries around the world. That experience shaped the project.
